The trainer who just loves helping people get real results

Or the one who just loves a group work out session

Whatever type of “Every Day Athlete” you are, we just want to say Go For It.

All workouts need to be 45 mins to an hour to be effective

Absolutely NOT! ❌️

Even just regular 15 minute workouts can have a dramatic impact on your health & fitness ✅️

So if you can't spend an hour at the gym, plus the time to drive there and back:
🔸️Go for a walk
🔸️Do 15 mins lower body
🔸️Following day 15 mins Upper body
🔸️Park further away from the school, shops, work
🔸️Play tag with the kids (or the 🐕)

Surely you can spare 15 mins out of 1,440 😍🤙

If you workout once a week or everyday -YOU are an athlete.

We're an "Everyday Athlete" just like you, and we have a huge passion for Obstacle Course Racing (OCR)

We've travelled to Hawaii, Australia and of course New Zealand to take on Spartan events, sometimes doing over 40klms and 80 obstacles in a weekend.

We train hard, so we can play even harder.

It's WHY we want to focus on Everyday Athletes.

Why training upper body is important...

If you think about it how often do we use our upper body in day to day life?

Unless your job requires lots of manual labour then the answer is probably minimal.

The old saying, “if you don’t use it you loose it”

It’s true!

Our body is smart! And it adapts to what we do... but unfortunately it also adapts to what we don’t do 🙄

Try Incorporating exercises like this bent over row into your workouts. It can really help target those back muscles which will really help your strength, muscle tone & posture 🙌

Keep up the great work everyone! And hopefully this motivates you to add some upper body into your workouts 😃🔥
