I often get asked what EMS is.
And most of the time, people say:
“Oh yeah, that vibration machine.”
Or: “Isn’t that where you get electroshocked?”
So let me clear that up properly.
EMS is not a vibration plate machine.
And you are not being electroshocked.
EMS uses controlled electrical impulses to support your own muscle contraction — the same signal your brain already sends when you move. We just amplify it slightly, in a very controlled, safe way.
You still squat.
You still lunge.
You still push and pull.
