Womb Wisdom and Womb Healing Work 🤰🌑🐋💜
Our elders lived, healed and dreamed the future from inside a Womb Cosmology.
They acknowledged the practical and spiritual power of the wombs that gestate, birth, and rebirth us.

I have been practising 24 years as a Craniosacral therapiest specialising in pregnancy, birth, postnatal recovery and trauma healing.
I am trained in holistic birth preparation and belly dance for birth (womb dance).
My passion and gift is supporting mothers and babies physically and spiritually during this great transition.
I studied further for 7 years as a initiate in different feminine mystery schools and womb teachings, learning how to facilitate sacred space for women circles and rite of passages.
My offerings are:
1:1 session with Bodywork/ Craniosacral therapy:
-Womb healing:
Mother wound healing, Inner mothering
Sexual trauma, birth trauma and scar tissue healing, ancestral healing through the womb.
-Pregnancy and birth preparation support:
Finding resources, nervous system and hormonal balance.
Releasing fear of birth and physical aches, help with difficult past experiences and loss at birth.
-Post natal support:
Rite of passage into motherhood.
Supporting mother and baby with recovery after birth.
Including the father in the birth experience.
Womb healing sessions are also available for men who would like to heal their relationship with mother and the feminine.
