We are learning about our giant footprint on this earth, and making it smaller and healthier each day. We run our 5 acre property organically complete with cows, goats, sheep, ducks and chickens. We make choices to reflect our growing awareness of chemicals, waste, and consumption. But more importantly we make choices to reflect our ever growing awareness of love which is growing through our family and community (the world- and all of YOU).

First time I've contrasted Northern Hemisphere autumn with NZ spring. I'm in Arkansas with my family sharing great hearts full of love. And its FROSTY! Morning walk in early sunlight, made it all glow. Back home to NZ next week to really appreciate the joy and bust out of spring. So happy we're headed to summer, it's been a long winter, rainy and windy for all of us. We're ready to do some great missions outdoors this summer. With the people we love and who love us!

A photo taken from a well-earned Syme Hut visit to older brother Mt. Taranaki, undertaken by our young adult children. It was extremely low visibility and "blow you off the mountain" conditions for hours. Patience and courage.

It's and the theme of the month is Gen B. We are all part of a generation of people using business to make a better tomorrow.

Goodbye is a women-founded, woman-led business that has been working in the "do gooder" space for a very long time. The further we go in our efforts, the more we see needs to be done. In the simplest form, you vote with your dollar. When you put your hard-earned dollars towards cheap, extractive products, we all lose. B Corp as a movement is growing very quickly, especially here in New Zealand and Australia. One of the cool things about being a small business is getting to know and support other small businesses. I've been cheering on Solid Sustainable Oral Care for a couple of years, and last year got a couple of chances to spend some time with Laura the founder.

And I like her!

You might already Solid's oral care products in your life. Laura and I had the idea that we might share quite a lot of the same beautiful community. So, I'm interested to hear, are you already a Solid customer?

If you haven't tried this way of doing toothpaste, I recommend. I've been using their products for about three years now, and you don't need much to feel amazing, happy, fresh teeth. When you're done with the jar, Solid accepts them back and washes and re-uses them. They reckon you can get 30 uses out of a jar. That's pretty great.
