Just another exciting weekend for Mission Physio completing the integrated acupuncture with manual therapy course. Two great physiotherapists Jillian McDowell teaching Mulligan concepts (manual hands on therapy) and Susan Kohut with her amazing knowledge in Western acupuncture, thank you lady's we had a blast and using them in clinic getting some great results. 👌

Apologies I forgot to mention the school I studied with was the APPI, the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. This was a two year modular course built for physiotherapists by physiotherapists who devised a stage model 5. I took my exams in London to gain my Certified matwork instructor title. 😊

Business owner of Mission Physio is Sarah Wagstaffe BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy; Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor and Acupuncturist.

Sarah graduated with honours from Salford University, Greater Manchester in the UK and has over 20 years experience in her chosen field. Now an exciting new venture, to start her own clinical physiotherapy practice, Mission Physio in Kerikeri.

Sarah has worked within the NHS and private sector in the UK working within out-patients musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. Also, has experience working within acute stroke rehabilitation, general orthopaedics, paediatrics and within acute respiratory HDU and ICU.
