We’re excited to be launching our NEW small-group sessions designed to support people living with:
✔️ Insulin resistance
✔️ Pre-diabetes
✔️ Type 2 diabetes
✔️ and anyone wanting to support healthy blood sugar levels through diet and lifestyle changes (for example, if you have a family history or have been told your levels are creeping up)

👩‍⚕️ Led by Helen – our registered Naturopath and Nutritionist – these sessions are friendly, supportive, and easy to follow.

You’ll learn practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies, receive a take-home guide, and have the chance to ask questions in a safe, small-group setting (minimum of 2, maximum of 6 people per session).
