We have a few different options to suit everyone:

- Unlimited; offers unlimited weekly access to group classes within the studio, an easy to follow meal plan with delicious recipes, at home workouts with tutorial demonstrations incase you can’t make a class, online group forum for accountability and support, WEEK1 & WEEK6 progress measurements, and weekly fitness challenges

- 2x Classes per week for those unable to get to the studio more frequently, + all of the above benefits

- @ HOME version offers access to online programming, workouts inclusive of tutorial demonstrations + easy to follow meal plan, online group forum & weekly fitness challenges

- We also offer the Meal Plan only option; this is suitable for those already working out consistently but just want to knuckle down on your nutrition

- For those of you who have already done this plan before but want to tackle it again then please do! We just have a small fee for new updated measurements and fitness testing 🤗

Come and join Steph on the Mat for a beautiful Yin class; all funds raised will go towards Archie's rehabilitation expenses 😊

Tamsin at .studio has invited us to get involved in this beautiful fundraiser and we are honoured.

Archie is a little local lad who was starved of oxygen during his arrival earth side which has resulted cerebral palsy and the need for on going physical therapy treatment, this is not funded.
Tamsin has been organising a bunch of ways you can help his adoring parents fund the rehabilitation Archie needs.
Join us for a special 75 minute YIN on Sunday 8th December, all profit is going to this wonderful cause!
