this is the opening portal to the wisdom i am about to start sharing on these platforms.
i have held my world close, not in hiding but in respect of those who were travelling beside me, through the shadow lands.
it is time to tell the stories to share the healing and to shed light in the dark places.
following on from this blog with the deeply present soul sister hannah hutton will be a very raw and real podcast i did recently with Debbie Lim and i will be coming on here in live posts to share more of the inner workings of the world that has consumed myself and loved ones, for many years.
this is not easy speak.
its not light and loving
its traversing hell on earth, bearing witness to the possession of m**h addiction, that has grippped my nearest and dearest ...
of finding a way through.
heads up my sharings are not pleasant, they are definately confronting and ugly at times.

and redemption
and healing

my products are hand made using GE free nz grown sunflower oil and pure beeswax with a variety of native plants, herbs, essential oils and tintures for healing.
everything from excema to broken bones, fibromyalgia to C.R.I.P.S
sleeping to chest infections, spider bites to bed sores, hormones to rashes, asthma to wounds, arthritis to muscle strains, bruising to pain, and much, much more.
i usually only sell through my website and health food stores but this year i am feeling the call to meet with the people, im loving seeing my customers face to face and hearing how much my products are helping them.
its a long trip for me so im going to try it out and see how it goes.

Have you wondered about what this "dance as medicine" thing that people are talking about is?
Then we warmly welcome you to join us for an informal, gathering about how somatic dance can heal your body, regulate your nervous system, restore balance and become another modality that you can call on in times of stress, trauma and change - and its feels great!
This is NOT choreographed dance.
You do not need not have any dance skills, in fact you don't even need to be able to move your body that much,
its much, much more.
During this free short gathering we will chat a bit about what Somatic dance is,
How it has been useful to us the facilitators and how we have seen it create profound change in other peoples lives,
How it was created
There is no hard sell, we just want to give people the opportunity to find out more, we will do a super short demonstration of what somatic dance could look like
and then you are free to pick our brains and find out anything you wish to know.

I created this cream about 17 years ago, it wasn't really relevant to me as a remedy because I wasn't perimenopausal.... but now I am!! and it has been such a relief to have som**hing that I can use to help soften the edges of this monumental change occurring in my body.
I don't use it in a cyclic manner which is often the way hormonal balancing remedies are used.
instead I trust that when I feel called to use it,... i do.
I put it on when i'm feeling anxious, hot flushes, pains, restlessness, sleeplessness and generally when i'm like, hmmm I feel odd/different right now.
Its always a revelation to me when I use my own Rongoa and really see and feel how potent they are.
I know the energy they contain but until I have the opportunity to use them I don't fully appreciate the full scope of the healing power that is imbued.
