Postnatal yoga is on!

Every Tuesday at 10.30-11.30am at Numi Yoga Space in central Kerikeri.

Come with baby or by yourself for some me time & Grab a coffee with other mamas after the class.

$18.50 per class

Anais will be offering Prenatal and Postnatal yoga classes from May at Numi, both as a 5-week program with one class weekly. Anais has been supporting women through their pregnancy journey and postpartum recovery ever since her first pregnancy in 2019 and is now a mum of two.
Her prenatal yoga classes are designed to support our Hapu Wahine to build strength and resiliency and also find ease and relaxation. In postnatal yoga the focus is on gaining or maintaining a balanced state of mind and supporting the body to transition from pregnancy to postpartum in the most gentle way.
Another really important focus of the program is to encourage women to find a supportive community of mamas in a safe space to share and connect. Stay for a cuppa at the studio or get a bite to eat and a coffee at downstairs.
