Not-To-Do List 🌻

Today I will not race the clock,
nor measure my worth by how much I do.

I will not carry the weight
of other people’s “shoulds.”

I will not open the door
to comparison,
nor invite perfection in for tea.

I will not apologize
for breathing at a gentler pace.

I will not let noise
drown out the small voice

Most postmenopausal women aren’t getting enough daily fiber, and new observational research shows why it matters. Higher fiber intake was linked with better long-term health outcomes, with benefits leveling off around 20 grams per day — yet the majority of women fall below this amount. Adding more fruits, whole grains, and legumes can make a meaningful difference.

Bottom line: Getting fiber is essential to long-term health, especially as we get older.
