Yin Yoga is fabulous for overall wellbeing, below are some reasons why.

Not-To-Do List 🌻

Today I will not race the clock,
nor measure my worth by how much I do.

I will not carry the weight
of other people’s “shoulds.”

I will not open the door
to comparison,
nor invite perfection in for tea.

I will not apologize
for breathing at a gentler pace.

I will not let noise
