We wrapped up our classes today for the year with a very merry & festive atmosphere. Thanks to all those that supported our classes in 2025 ❤️ - we look forward to seeing you all back in 2026, with most classes restarting from 5 Jan.

Look who is back to spend some time with us over Christmas & January? Our amazing Thirona is back from Wed, 17 Dec until Fri, 30 Jan, and then back permanently with us from Mat Leave from late March. Her book is now open and ready to welcome you to Bodyworks - both existing and new patients.
For those new to Thirona, she's a very experienced physio (more that 17 years in the game 👍) - with a special interest in headaches, concussion & pain management.

We had such a fabulous Christmas Lunch with our incredible team on Saturday!! We all felt very special cruising around the bays on what was the perfect day for it.
We feel so blessed to have such a dedicated & passionate crew - they’re all absolute ROCKSTARS!!! 💕💕
And if you’re looking for an exceptional venue - we couldn’t recommend Darryl's Dinner Cruise enough… our team will certainly be back!!
