Having a tough time lately??

Life often presents us with challenges and navigating them can be tough, even under the best of circumstances. When combined with the pressures of daily life, it can sometimes feel nearly impossible. But remember, life is always evolving, and even when it feels like a curveball has hit, it's just part of the journey. While we may avoid or ignore issues thinking they’ll go away, eventually, they pop up and demand our attention. Life teachers us that nothing is truly easy; its how we handle it that matters. At the time, it might feel overwhelming, but the lessons we learn from these experiences are invaluable. They help us grow, learn, and sometimes even leave us with a sense of accomplishment. Although it may not feel that way in the moment – because let’s face it sometimes challenges suck- when we look back, we’re amazed at how we summoned the strength we didn’t even know we had, to overcome what once seemed impossible. So, no matter what life throws your way, remember that you are strong, clever, and brave enough to get through. Love light spirit ###

Christmas is a time of giving for many of us, but it's also a time of receiving, which can be difficult for some. Remember, though, this season is not just about giving to others, but also about taking time for yourself. There's an old saying: "You can't pour from an empty cup." Think of a fruit tree—when it's full of fruit, it nourishes others. But to reach that point, it first takes time in winter to rest, reflect, and renew. It patiently waits, receiving sunlight, nutrients from the soil, and rain, without asking, simply giving with love.
