I'm Liz and growing up playing sports I became interested in the different ways to prevent injuries and how to rehabilitate them when they happened. This lead me to study a Diploma in Applied Massage Therapies and then to me doing my Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. After going through my own struggles with injuries I'm here to help you with your health and wellbeing goals, by using personal training, massage or a combination of the two to get you functioning at your best without the knots. One on One Personal Training is at City Fitness Thorndon and Massage appointments are at the address provided.

Time flew by but it also dragged by some days 😅
This mama is getting her hands and some more of her sanity back so is now taking bookings
Mondays only from 10am.
