🤯So, we can't seem to get any advertising on any Acacia bay local pages itself apart from a sign in the dairy window and a notice in the local magazine which we pay for , So please share far and wide as I'm getting phone calls and messages from people who 5 years on still don't know we are here!!! WE ARE HERE!
I can seem to get onto Taupo pages though so that's a good thing.

What we do for the community.....

🩺We have an AED on site
🚑We are first aid trained
📑We have 2 qualified personal Trainers here on site BOTH are REPS registered and insured.
☺️Both are experienced and passionate about what we do.
🥦1 qualified Nutritionist and specializing in Sports nutrition.
👵🧓We run seniors' classes for KOHA
💛We run FREE classes on FRIDAYS
🧚‍♀️WE have NZs ONLY sling Bungee set up and are qualified and certified as well as owning the LOI for New Zealand.
🥇We are a 2-x award winning gym and a 3rd year finalist
🏡We do home visits

We volunteer where we can to help and we also sponsor our youth and people and places like the Kinloch Fire Brigade.

We have NO CONTRACTS/ NO MEMBERSHIPS/NO FEES.

Just pay 🤑 as you go.
We are here for the COMMUNITY/HAPORI to help, to raise health awareness for our Kaumatua and our Tamariki and all of our Tangata!

We get one shot at this body and life so let's do it properly

What a day at the Kinloch Market yesterday! 🔥

We had a great time meeting so many people, selling delicious sausages and demonstrating what to do and what NOT to do in a kitchen fire situation! We hope you all learnt something!

Thankyou to everyone who supported our display and fundraising efforts! A special shout out to a few amazing members of our community who stepped up to help us on the BBQ! And to 21 M21 Meats and PAK'nSAVE Taupo for sponsoring supplies for our Sausage Sizzle! We couldn’t do it without the help!

Role: OIC and Chairman

Any additional skills? Fire Fighter, Pump Operator, ERD Driver, Chainsaw, Four Wheel Drive Qualified, Officer Tactical Command.

How long have you been part of the brigade? Six years.

What is your day job? Retired

What do you enjoy doing outside of the station? Enjoy mountain biking, golf and caravan trips.

What brought you to join the brigade? When we moved to Kinloch the Brigade and they were looking for members even at 68!!

Highlight as part of the brigade so far? Helping the community and working with a great group of like minded people!

Suzy Harris ❤️‍🔥

Role: Brigade Support (non-operational). My duties involve secretary/treasurer mahi and supporting the crew with documentation of the physical skills they are teaching/learning/practicing so they have more time to do the important hands on mahi!

Do you have any additional skills or have you attended any cool courses? I get the opportunity to attend courses that strengthen me in my role.

Years of Service: 2 and a half years

What is your day job? Early Childhood Kaiako

What brought you to join the brigade?
My family has lived in the village for 14 years, over the years I have heard the siren go off and thought of the members of our community who have stepped up to help others in their time of need. Having a lot of respect for them and having the feeling of security of knowing they are there, I dropped in on a training night to see how I could best support them to keep doing their amazing mahi.

Highlight as part of the brigade so far?
Becoming a part of our local FENZ family and helping with community events.
