We either send our used chem containers back to our suppliers to be re used but occasionally we come up with other ways to use them like this rotating composting bin I made for my wife.

Many will say pressure washing is the only way to remove black mold. With multiple applications of the right cleaning solution this was removed with about 150psi rinsing power.

This year we helped out supplying a house wash to our local Waimauku Primary School for their ag day fundraising. As my wife works for a charity i know first hand how hard it is to get funds in these days so we will always help out if we are able.
Today I was chuffed to get a hand written thankyou card from some of the students. How cool is that.

Please please please if you are not experienced in cleaning stained cedar please don't try. This has now become a full restoration job and not just a wash. Although this property was in need of a redo anyway the high pressure marks will take alot more work to get it back to a stainable surface again.

With being a member of the Swanson Memorial RSA Inc it was hard to see this every time I walked in the front door so today I fixed it, well at least I hope I did, we will see once it dries. I applaud that someone took the time to give it a clean but asphalt is not something you should clean with pressure, especially not the red pencil tips. Hopefully I have evened it out enough so that it can just be treatment washed going forward.
