🥒Raw Vegan Stroganoff🍄

Food Enthusiasts, Prepare for the surprise of mouthwatering Raw Vegan Stroganoff Consome Style,
this will leave you craving for more,with the subtle savoury mushrooms soup, tang from the vinegar,heat from the pepper & fresh crunchiness from the cucumber zoodles this combination is effortlessly simple to create.

1 cucumber Julienned (zoodles base)
1 bag mixed assorted Mushrooms
1 bunch Spinach
1/4 Celery
1/2 tspn mustard
1 tspn garlic
1 tspn white pepper & black
1 tblspn red wine vinegar
1 t/2 tblspn coconut vinegar
1 peeled red tomato
1/2c chives & parsly finely chopped
Dash Paprika

Method-
Put all ingredients (excluding spinich) into blitzer for two min I did this so that it's extra smooth and drained through a thin colinder to get more of a fine mushroom consome , pour consome into serving blows and place cucumber zoodles in center topping with a bit of cashewsan, dollop fermented yogurt, dehydrated mixed mushrooms,chives,parsley ,to garnish ,drained spinich on the side with some cracked pepper. Dash paprika over meal 😋

A secret to a healthier gut with the power of Fermented food, Ancient art of fermentation with my tang,sweet, subtle earthiness , flavourful raw vegan fruit cheese recipe below
⇣ ⇣ ⇣

1/2c soaked sunflower seeds
1 tspn kala namak
1/2 tspn white pepper powder
1 tblspn Coconut oil
1 tblspn apple cider vinegar or juice 1 lemon
1 apricot
8 raspberries
1 tblspn h**p seeds

Keep aside some finely diced apricot, raspberries and h**p seeds for last step, Blitz ingredients all together until smooth ball forms. Put into moulds cover with muslin and put in a cool cupboard ferment 3 days leaving covered , Roll your cheese into the remaining apricot, raspberries,h**p seed crust then refrigerate 24 hours for setting .

Most common question I get as a Raw Vegan is...
"don't you miss a warm meal" my answer is no I don't feel that I'm not eating a warm meal because I use alot of herbs , spices, florals that flavor all my dishes and wouldn't even notice that none of these are not cooked , so many revitalizing herbs, hot spices to warm up the body and florals to freshen the taste and satisfy the body.

Craving something spicy and refreshing? Here is my raw vegan palak gazpacho soup 🌶️🌱Made with fresh ingredients for the garden and a touch of heat, it's the perfect way to add some zing to your summer meals.

Ingredients ✧
🌱500g Spinach
🌱250g Mustard Greens
🌱250g Wild Rocket,500g Kale
🌱250g Tomatoes,250g Celery
🌱Fresh- 30g Corriander, 30g Chives,15g Mint
🌱1 tblspn Garlic, 1 tblspn Ginger
🌱1 tblspn dried chilli, 1 tblspn dried cumin powder, 1 tblspn dried cumin seed, 1 tblspn dried corriander powder, 1 tblspn dried tumeric powder,1 tspn pink Himalayan salt,
🌱30g Fresh peas,1 baby cucumber
🌱1 tblspn Coconut meat,1 tspn dry coconut
🌱5g activated Cashew, Juice 1 Lemon

Method ✧
Add Spinach,Mustard Greens,Wild Rocket,Kale,Tomatoes,Celery,Fresh herbs Corriander, Chives, Mint
Garlic,Ginger, Lemon, to your Juicer I use one that has two options for seperating pulp & juice . Once all of the Gazpacho Juice/Saag is ready add to your mixture the spices chilli, cumin, cumin seed, corriander powder,tumeric powder,pink Himalayan salt.
Ready to Serve in your bowl garnish ontop Fresh peas,1 julienne baby cucumber, Crushed Cashews,Sprig of mint & Coconut sambal using your coconut meat & dried coconut blitz together with asqueeze of lemon add serve ontop for refreshing flavors. Enjoy🪷

Try my tantalizing raw vegan borscht , with a unique pink cauliflower spin, The refreshing and wholesome raw vegan version! Vibrant, nutrient-packed delight, Indulge in the bursting flavours here's the ingredients and method below ⬇️

🤍2 Beetroots
🤍 1 pink cauliflower
🤍2 Lemons (1 slice for garnishment)
🤍1/4c Fermented Sunflower seed yogurt
🤍1 tspn pink Himalayan salt
🤍2 tspn crushed garlic
🤍1 Bunch fresh dill (few sprigs for garnishment)
🤍1 tspn mustard
🤍1 tspn apple cider vinegar
🤍1 tspn h**p seeds for garnishment
🤍1 avocado
🤍1 Julienned baby cucumber
🤍1/4c microgreens/edible flowers for garnishment
🤍sprigs of mint

Method ❥ ❥ ❥
Julienne 1 beetroot into fine slithers ,Juice other beetroot & 1/2 cauliflower head for gazpacho. Mix both together with the lemon juice, garlic,salt, apple cider vinegar, finely chopped dill, mustard,sunflower seed yogurt to add creaminess and serve gazpacho chilled with garnishments which I used microgreens, edible flowers,h**p seed,mint, julienned cucumber spirals, avocado placed in the center of dish, using the other half of Pink cauliflower in the center of dish with microgreens & garnishments.

A Raw food diet is eating only whole plant based foods, excluding all animal products,processed, refined foods, & chemically sprayed, synthetic additives . This does not mean you are restricted to your favourite meals or foods every thing can be substituted such as raw deserts,sushi,pizza,smoothies ect you need to be dedicated to preparing your meals and planning what you eat and where because there are certain methods to creating these dishes and patience is the key. When preparing raw food follow certain strategies, such as soaking, sprouting,steeping,sun cooking,dehydrating, fermenting and juicing .The diet excludes any food heated beyond the temperature 40• A raw food diet is high in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds all of which are staples of a healthful diet. Eating a range of these foods will provide plenty of vitamins, minerals, and healthful fats, and protein. Cooking destroys nutrients, such as water-soluble vitamin B and vitamin C, so eating food raw ensures a better supply of these , The cooking process destroys/alters the natural enzymes in foods, as well as essential vitamins.
Plant-based foods are high in fiber, making you feel full for longer. Raw food diet reduces cholesterol,high blood pressure,high blood sugar,obesity,bleeding disorders,cancer cell growth,liver toxicity. Phytochemicals, plant compounds aid in fighting cancer and other diseases. It is expected that weight loss can occur as transition from a previous diet to high-raw means you are not consuming sodium,fats,oils,high calorie meals, heavy carbohydrates but instead your body will become leaner and stronger and have better immunity while consuming high in vitamin B & C foods. Juicing allows the body to absorb antioxidants & vitamins quicker with out having to breakdown ,detoxifies the liver ,delivers oxygen absorption through the blood system ,hydrates the body, boosts immunity and energy levels.
