These days people are driven to find fulfillment in material things and the world can sometimes feel like an angry competitive and greedy environment, and a perpetual struggle. Not only does “easing out the knots” bring relief from muscle pain and stiffness, but more importantly, a massage, and the “Time Out” it gives you, allows you to relax, de stress and “Just Be” for the duration of the massage. Massage also increases blood flow to the epidermis and stimulates the cells that produce your collagen and elastin. Those who commit to a regular Therapeutic Massage massage, will slowly feel more balanced, relaxed and at peace, and able to face the challenges of life both physically and mentally. I work Intuitively, and the best description I have seen to explain an Intuitive Treatment is this : “An Intuitive Treatment is something that happens in the moment, not something you learn from a textbook”. When I did my International Beauty Qualification to “add-on” to my massage Qualification, I soon realised that my favoured “beauty” treatments were Facials and it gave me great joy to incorporate my massage techniques in these treatments, and adjusted my protocols accordingly to suit my Holistic and Intuitive method of working. I researched the “tools” now available to Beauty Therapists for treating clients. Machines of all kinds, and lasers. Amazing technology and cosmeceuticals available. SO much choice, it was mind boggling,

I had the most amazing facial from Lynn over the weekend I would highly recommend her. OMG absolutely amazing
The minute I entered Lynn's room I knew I was where I needed to be. Such a beautiful warm, relaxed, fragrant and welcoming ambience with soothing music. Then came the facial cleanse , a lovely fresh and healthy organic cleanse and I really felt like I was caring for my skin. Then the face neck and head massage , OMG absolutely amazing !!
