SAVE this sardine toast recipe for healthy lunch inspo! 🐟 Having tinned fish on hand is such a game changer for a healthy protein packed lunch that is quick to prepare. I like to eat omega-3 rich fish 3x per week for anti-inflammation, glowing skin, and fertility support!

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, and low fodmap friendly :)

PRO TIP: Since water-packed sardines are delicate, they can break apart easily. Treat them like little filets!

I recently saw a quote that said “Stop waiting to feel ready. Ready is not a feeling. It’s a decision.” Not sure who said this quote..but it’s genius!! This applies SO well to our health and happiness. The time is NOW to focus on becoming the healthiest, happiest you. The hardest part is just saying YES and starting! Once you do, your body and mind will thank you 🫶🏼🥹
