While I’ve taken a step back from TW this year- I am still involved and VERY passionate about our fantastic Breathe Tekapo event coming up 16-18th May.

It’s kind of like one big retreat weekend- but still holds that magic of connection with like-minded people, and a chance to refresh and reset in a stunning landscape. It’s amazing to host leaders with deep wisdom and experience in their respective fields in our home-town, and to share together the journey of inspiration, discovery and transformation Xx

Really enjoying our outdoor yoga classes at Tekapo Springs - such a great spot to soak in the mountains and lake as you practice. I'll be teaching on Thursday morning this week (10am) but Tamara and Laurie will also be leading sessions from Friday-Monday.

This year has seen the launch of our first wellness festival in Lake Tekapo. What an amazing journey to work alongside a wonderful group of wahine to launch something new and to create positive ripples in the lives of many. I am so excited that Breathe Tekapo will be returning 16-18 May 2025, and the team has already begun our planning and prep for what will be another magical weekend.

With Breathe, alongside study in Adventure Therapy/Trauma Informed Practise, my "Tekapo Wellness" time has been limited this year, without planned workshops or retreats...
HOWEVER......my passion for creating spaces for meaningful positive change remains strong - so if you are in need of a coach and a chat, a weekend away with a group of friends, or have an idea for a workshop - please reach out. Know that I am here and keen to co-create something magical for you 💖
