Marjoram applied to a strained area and ice blue to the muscles aching can be so supportive in a massage . A few drops in the coconut oil also makes for a wonderful inhalation for me also so win win here ⭐️

Apparently DoTerra essential oils company are happy for people to sign up to the company and promote them to be a wellness advocate BUT it’s a no no to SAY you are a doTerra wellness advocate BECAUSE doterra is a trademark. This is after being asked to change some wording (edit) on some posts because doTerra didn’t want to say their oils were “therapeutic “
Tis a funny world we live in aye !!
So I’ll be renaming this page and think I’ll remove the doterra name completely along with photos of the doterra oils that I usually use . If anyone can come up with a great name for a non political page that promotes the use of oils for all health and wellness then there is a cute gift pack in there for you 💜🌺
