Decision fatigue is slowing your results
When I was trying to be “perfect” with food — new meals, different snacks, constantly thinking about what to eat — it drained me. Not physically… mentally. And when you’re mentally tired, you make poorer choices.
What works for me now?
I cook once and eat twice. Sometimes three times.
Less decisions.
Less stress.
More consistency.
I’m not trying to win MasterChef — I’m trying to work smarter, not harder.
Repeating meals doesn’t mean boring. It means efficient. It means predictable macros. It means I can focus my energy on training, my family, and my clients instead of standing in front of the fridge thinking.
Results don’t come from constant variety.
They come from repeatable habits.
Work smarter. Keep it simple.
