Morena koutou katoa,
At Raukawa Whanau Ora, we are apart of the Nest collective community, who support whanau who may struggle to gather all the basic necessities for their baby.
Our angels at The Nest Collective, are reaching out to our community.
"Our vision is that every baby in Aotearoa New Zealand has the best start in life, enabling them to flourish.
The Nest Collective supports whānau with free baby essentials for the first year of life – and beyond. By harnessing the generosity of crafters, volunteers and donors, we provide new and gently-used baby items via local community partners to those who are most in need. Through upcycling, repurposing, and mending, we breathe new life into essential baby items.
Focusing on the critical first 1,000 days of life, our pēpi packs provide the physical resources that nurture the health, development and wellbeing of babies and their whānau, whilst alleviating material hardship.
Please if you can dontae any good quality, clothing or baby essentials please see more setails in the post.
We’re putting the call out for good‑quality used baby clothing 👶
Our stocks are especially low in 3–6 month and 6–12 month sizes. If you’re able to donate, you can find our drop‑off locations here: https://thenestcollective.org.nz/locations/
Every item makes a difference – thank you for supporting our pēpi and whānau 💕
