Meet Marietjie from ProKinetix in Levin. She was great to watch at work and had all sorts of exciting equipment. I kind of wanted something wrong with me just for some TLC or to play physio games. If you're in need of a physiotherapist, Marietjie was excellent and just so lovely with people of all ages! She's in the process of upgrading her website so watch that space!

It is very encouraging to see the good results people have had with getting back to running after knee and hip replacements.
Yes there are risks... and you have to be monitored by your orthopaedic surgeon, but it is great that many runners and athletes can still enjoy getting back to the sport they love!🏃

The evidence for the use of RICE after an injury is melting away. It does not seem to help you recover faster at all..
