When some people think of Yoga, they imagine having to tie themselves in knots or stretch like a gymnast. That makes them worry that they're too old, unfit, or "tight" to do Yoga. The truth is you're never too old or unfit etc to improve your flexibility and wellbeing.
Yoga-nua offers a GENTLE YOGA CLASS on a Friday at 11am, starting again FRIDAY 23rd JANUARY. You can adjust the poses to suit yourself. Don't worry if this time doesn't work for you, the other classes will be resuming in the next few weeks.
All classes are also available ONLINE if you would prefer to practice at home.
