I am a qualified Counsellor with full membership to New Zealand Association of Counsellors. My training is in Person–Centred Counselling, ACT Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I work with CBT – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, IDT, Interactive Drawing Therapy, Family Therapy and use a range of other modalities including; Small figures and Mindfulness. I work with individuals, families, children and have a particular interest in working with youth and young people.
