Why should you eat nuts??
Nuts are very nutritious and have a large range of Health benefits. Eating nuts gives you a lower risk of coronary artery disease and pancreatic cancer. A study done recently concluded that consuming nuts reduced mortality. Cashews, almonds, walnuts, and peanuts are all very good for you. I try to eat a quarter of a cup a day and vary them.
