Dear you..the one sitting there thinking “I should start… but I’m not ready.”
I see you.

The nerves. The second-guessing.
Wondering if you’re fit enough, strong enough, brave enough to walk through the door.
You feel tired. Heavy.
What used to work doesn’t anymore, and that messes with your head.

This morning on the treadmill —my happy place, my therapy, my confidence builder...I stacked in my sleep study course.

Literally learning while I’m running.

✨ movement for my mental health
✨ sweat for my goals + glow
✨ study for future me
✨ confidence in the bank

All in one pocket of time.

And here’s the thing I’m noticing:
When you stack habits that make you feel good,
you stop fighting for time and start creating momentum.

Not “be busier.”
Not “cram more in.”
Just make the things you already do work harder for you.
