Why women over 35 should stop trying to train like they’re 21.

Your body has changed.

That’s not a bad thing.
But it DOES mean the “go hard every day, survive on coffee and smash cardio for an hour” approach usually stops working.

A lot of women are stuck thinking they need: More sweat.
More punishment.
More restriction.
More cardio.

Meanwhile their body is screaming for: Recovery.
Strength training.
Protein.
Sleep.
Hormone support.
Consistency.

The goal now isn’t to absolutely destroy yourself in every workout.

The goal is to build a strong, capable body that actually has energy, recovers properly and gets real results.

Train smarter.
