**Coach Tips: Can you still eat chocolate and lose weight? 🍫**

You actually don’t have to completely give up chocolate to achieve amazing results.

Sometimes chocolate cravings aren’t just about willpower…
They can happen because:
• You’re hungry
• You’re tired
• You’re stressed
• Or your meals aren’t keeping you full for long enough

One of the biggest keys?
Making sure you’re getting enough protein throughout the day.

When meals and snacks contain adequate protein, many people notice:
âś” Better control over cravings
âś” Feeling fuller for longer
âś” Less temptation to snack unnecessarily

Remember — hunger is the enemy of weight loss.

This weekend, instead of feeling guilty about cravings, try focusing on:
• Protein at each meal
• Staying hydrated
• Eating slowly and mindfully
• Planning better snack options ahead of time

Small changes really do add up over time.
