We offer treatment in the form of exercises rehabilitation, manual therapy, acupuncture and massage. Additionally, we provide small group pilates and strengthening classes at our Whitby clinic. Both Lower Hutt and Whitby clinics are conveniently located with good parking and offer late night appointments to minimise time spent away from work.
