Every person has important individual needs which we consider throughout your time with us. We provide you with information and options regarding the aesthetics and functional needs of your prosthesis/appliance, which allows you to get involved throughout the entire process. Your journey with us does not end at the final fitting appointment. We are committed to any follow-up service or advice that may be required after you have received your product to ensure we have helped improve your quality of life. We encourage a family member or support person to accompany you if needed to make the process more comfortable for you. We also offer referrals to specialists if needed. Your custom is important to us!

Meet Sophea, a dedicated member of our DCS team for over three years. Based primarily in Lower Hutt and occasionally in Porirua, Sophea finds great satisfaction in restoring patients’ smiles and confidence. She also enjoys the art and craftsmanship involved in creating dentures.

In her spare time, Sophea loves outdoor walks, bouldering, and playing badminton. She also enjoys cooking and baking for her family. Additionally, she is passionate about art, indulging in digital art and acrylic painting whenever she gets the chance.

Passionate about the outdoors and sports, especially rugby and cricket, Augustine enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending sports events, having home barbecues, and going on adventures.

Meet Soohyeon, a creative individual with a passion for hands-on activities, particularly art crafts. She originates from Auckland, however, during her studies in Dunedin, Soohyeon explored Wellington multiple times and fell in love with the city, ultimately influencing her decision to work here in our Porirua branch.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Soohyeon enjoys immersing herself in the vibrant café culture, constantly on the lookout for places with good vibes. Her penchant for aesthetics extends to capturing beautiful dishes through her camera lens.

Soohyeon also loves the outdoors. During long weekends, you'll find her visiting wineries, going on bush walks, hiking, and camping. She finds solace and beauty in beach sunsets and seizes sunny days for delightful picnics. Soohyeon's diverse interests paint a picture of a person who values both the adventurous and the serene aspects of life.

Meet Claudia.
Claudia is our skilled Clinical Dental Technician, with a dedicated focus on boosting patients' confidence through detailed expertise. She has been working with Craig for 5 years and is currently based in the Kapiti clinic. She originally hails from Auckland but found her passion in the slow-paced and chill lifestyle of Kapiti.

Her journey, blending science and art, led her to dental technology, where she advanced her studies as a clinical dental technician. Recognized for her commitment to public health, she earned a scholarship in dental technology and an award in applied design.

Her passion goes beyond the professional setting, finding joy in witnessing patients regain confidence with their renewed smiles. Her refined touch also extends to other prosthetics, showcasing a unique talent for painting eyes in maxillofacial cases.

Outside work, she enjoys karaoke nights, quality family time, exploring different places and cuisines, strength training, and dabbles in decentralized finance. Plus, she treasures moments with her yellow Labrador, Zizou.
