Happy New Year! I hope you have managed to keep well and healthy during the over-indulgence period 😋
It's nearly time to get back into the swing of things. I'll be starting back up with massages from Monday 10th January, at my new location in Avalon.
Pilates is still at the Salvation Army hall on Cuba Street, Petone. Classes will start back on Monday 17th and Thursday 20th January, 6pm.
I look forward to seeing you all again soon, and of course will welcome any newbies 😊
