Before setting intentions, ask questions your nervous system can answer 👇

Intention setting doesn’t need pressure or performance. It begins with listening, gently and honestly.

Here are grounding questions to support intention setting that honours your nervous system.

Begin with the body
• What helps my body soften right now?
• What feels steady, even if small?
• What does my body need more of this month?

Create safety before change
• What helps me feel safe enough to be myself?
• What environments help me regulate and recharge?
• What would “enough” feel like in my body?

Gentle intention setting
• What quality do I want to bring into my days?
• What pace feels sustainable for me right now?
• What feels nourishing rather than demanding?

Letting go without forcing release
• What am I ready to loosen my grip on?
• What no longer needs my constant attention?
• What feels complete, even if imperfect?

Honouring capacity and energy
• What feels possible, not ideal but possible?
• Where could I receive more support?
• How do I know when I’ve done enough?

Trust and timing
• What feels true for me right now?
• What feels like the next gentle step, not the whole path?
• What can I allow to take its time?

Closing reflection
• If I listened deeply to my body this year, what might change?

You don’t need to answer everything.
Let one question meet you.
Let the body respond first.

January often arrives with pressure - new goals, fresh starts, big intentions.

Yet your nervous system doesn’t respond to pushing or striving.

It responds to feeling safe, seen, and supported.

When we set intentions from a stressed body,
they often turn into self-criticism or exhaustion.
But when the body feels calm, intentions become steady and sustainable - something you can actually live with, not chase.

This is your invitation to begin differently.

This Advent Reset wasn’t about doing more - it was about softening, listening, and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythm during one of the busiest times of the year.

Over 24 days, we explored nervous system regulation, gentle kinesiology tools, breathwork, reflection, colour attunement, and feminine rituals - all designed to support calm, clarity, and inner balance.

If you joined me, thank you for showing up for yourself in small, meaningful ways.

Integration is where the magic settles đź’«

After moments of insight, ritual, and expansion, your body needs time to integrate. This is where shifts anchor and change becomes sustainable.

Today is about softness. Less input. More listening. Allow your nervous system to absorb the practices, reflections, and awareness you’ve invited in over the past weeks.

You might notice subtle changes - deeper breaths, calmer responses, clearer boundaries, or a quieter mind. These are signs your system is recalibrating.

Support integration by:
• resting without guilt
• drinking warm nourishing fluids
• moving slowly and intentionally
• reducing stimulation where possible

Trust that even in stillness, something meaningful is unfolding.

Give yourself permission to rest today.
