Coming out of the first 4 months of my practice, Te Ihi Therapeutics reminds me of the 4th trimester at home with a newborn. The early days are precious and impactful. They are a loving and tireless slog of nurturing, giving, healing and growth. I willingly threw myself into the long early days of mahi completely surrendering to the process of this budding business, and my absolute passion.
I’m so grateful to have met many incredible people in such a short stretch of time whether that be in my studio space, at the Wānanga events and workshops I’ve attended or other places I’ve formed these fascinating connections. It’s hard to believe I’ve only been operating for 4 months here in Whakaraupo! It feels like so much longer.
And now I’m in my flow phase, my schedule has settled into a semi predictable routine which is such a blessing when you’re a Māmā aswell. I don’t post as often as I used to, I just haven’t felt the urge to so I’m not going to force it. I guess this post is me checking in to say thanks for being here. Come and have a session with me if you feel the pull, I love what I do and have a unique and ever evolving style in the way I do it.
Also we (my husband and I) are really into gardening and plant all kinds of things so if you’re coming over the summer you’re going to see, taste and experience some homegrown grown goods. I hope to meet you soon and to those already in my orbit, I’m so happy you’re here.
Here’s some moments from the first business trimester 🌱💫❤️
