So, if your bowel can tolerate it, simply taking more of standard Vit C is often a better approach. 💪🏽
If your bowel tolerance is low, liposomal can be a better option. ✅

Stupidest s**t I've seen today:
A Carnivore Dr telling people to stop drinking coffee because it has toxins that 'fry insect brains' and contains 150K 'chemicals'... Ooooh scary stuff... 🐜🤯
On the other hand, the evidence tells us that moderate coffee consumption, with a few condition-specific exceptions, is associated with improved health and mortality outcomes. ☕💪🏽
