Located in the beautiful Makarau valley, Shelby's Massage & Holistic Therapies is a boutique clinic in a very relaxed environment where there is no stress or pressure.

Owner operator Michelle Gray has over 20 years experience as a qualified beauty Specialist and Holistic Therapy provider. Michelle’s careers has seen her work in and manage various award-winning luxury spas and cruise ships all over the world.

Taking this experience and knowledge Michelle then went on to teach beauty therapy and holistic therapies at the college of Camille NZ. Michelle enjoyed being able to share her expertise with students coming into the industry.

In 2011 the opportunity came up to join her husband’s family business, Lewis Gray Ltd. Michelle jumped at the chance to be part of this great opportunity, and the husband and wife team have been running the family business together ever since.

However, Michelle’s passion for Holistic Therapies was calling, so when Michelle and her husband moved out to the lovely Makarau valley Michelle decided to set up a home-based clinic where she could treat clients from part time as well as continue to help run the family business. This has worked out perfectly and a tranquil place for clients to take a break from the stresses of everyday life has been created.

Michelle’s passion is to make sure you leave feeling relaxed, pampered and cared for. It’s imperative to Michelle that every client is given the best care for all massage treatments, time is dedicated to each client without any rushing, she is naturally intuitive you will come to appreciate her healing hands. Michelle also offers expert advice in other areas of personal well-being.

Shelby's Massage and Holistic Therapies offers a wide range of Holistic therapy treatments from Swedish massage, Indian head massage to Ear candling. Choose from a variety of therapeutic-grade Doterra essential oils for use during your treatment.

Every treatment is carried out with care and to an extremely high standard, using natural and eco-friendly products.
