Hi . Can i share with You? Recently I had the priviledge of running access bars for a young youth . Wow and now I feel so blessed to have received these amazing words from his Mum.

Hi Carol,

I would love to let you know about some amazing changes since my 11 year old son had his bars run.

He has been settled and a lot calmer at school. He has been presenting positively with his peers where as previously he would agitate other students and instigate fights. He has shown noticeable improvements, particularly in his behavior and attitude at school. He has been actively engaging in positive decision making and demonstrating a concerted effort to align with the schools values.

There has been a marked difference in his demeanor and this is in stark contrast to previously where he had exhibited reactive and aggressive tendencies.

I am loving seeing the positive changes and he loves coming to see you

Signs that your fascia might be dehydrated include:

Stiffness and Tightness
Dehydrated fascia can cause stiffness and tightness in muscles and tissues. This may manifest as decreased flexibility and range of motion.

Pain and Discomfort
Dehydration can lead to inflammation in the fascia, causing pain and discomfort. This may present as soreness or aching in the affected areas.

Decreased Elasticity
Healthy fascia has elasticity, allowing it to stretch and move with the body. Dehydration can reduce this elasticity, leading to feelings of stiffness and restriction.

Reduced Performance
Athletes and individuals who are physically active may notice a decrease in performance when their fascia is dehydrated. This can manifest as decreased strength, endurance, and coordination.

Poor Posture
Dehydrated fascia may contribute to poor posture due to tightness and imbalance in the muscles and connective tissues.

Increased Risk of Injury
Dehydrated fascia is more prone to injury, as it is less flexible and resilient. This can increase the risk of strains, sprains, and other musculoskeletal injuries.

Fatigue
Dehydration can lead to overall fatigue and lethargy, which may be accompanied by feelings of heaviness or weakness in the muscles.

Headaches
Fascial dehydration can also contribute to tension headaches, as tightness in the fascia of the head and neck can cause discomfort and pain.

These signs can also be indicative of other issues, so it's always a good idea to consult with your healthcare professional.

Remember to drink water, keep moving, and get regular bodywork (such as Bowen Therapy) to help support the health of your fascia and overall well-being..
