With so many beautiful new faces here lately, I thought it was time for a proper reintroduction 💛

I’m Chanel –  ☀️ Virgo Sun (devoted to details, structure & service)  🌙 Aries Moon (driven by passion, energy & bold heart-lead choices)  ⬆️ Sagittarius Rising (soul-led, freedom-loving, always learning & expanding)

Translation? I’m a grounded dreamer with a fire in my belly for helping others feel safe, seen, and supported 🌿

I’m an Angelic Reiki Practitioner, qualified Meditation Teacher, and budding astrologer, here to guide energetically sensitive, soul-led women back to the truth of who they are—clear, connected, and grounded in their glow ✨

These healing tools have radically transformed my life. 
They helped me reconnect with my body, open my heart, and finally meet myself with love instead of judgment. 
They connected me to my purpose—which has always been about being of service. 
Every job I’ve had—from dog walker to barista to space holder—has had one thing in common: caring for others. This is what I was made for.

You’ll usually find me journaling, in the sauna, meditating with my eyes closed and heart open, or nose deep in a fantasy novel. (Currently reading my way through GOT—total obsession. Got any recs? Drop them below 📚)

I get asked this a lot… “What do you feel during a Reiki session?”

The truth is — every session is different. Because every client carries a different energy, intention, and story.

But here’s what often happens for me as your practitioner:
🌿 Sometimes I feel tightness or pressure in my own body — often in the exact place you’re holding onto something emotionally or energetically.
🌿 Sometimes I receive clear images — symbols, landscapes, or moments from your energy field that tell a story about what you’re moving through or what wants to be released.
🌿 Sometimes I feel waves of emotion, subtle energetic shifts, or a sense of “lifting” when something clears.

And sometimes, it’s quiet. Just deep peace, stillness, and a softening I can feel ripple through your whole system.

This is the beauty of Reiki. It works beyond words, beyond logic. It meets you exactly where you are — and supports your energy in returning to balance. You don’t have to explain it all. You don’t have to make sense of what you’re feeling. You just have to show up and let the energy do what it’s here to do.

There’s something incredibly powerful about working with the Angelic realm.

Angelic Reiki is more than just energy healing — it’s a channel of divine support, clarity, and light.

During a session, I invite the highest frequency beings — Archangels, healing guides, and ascended masters — to work through me. And from there... something sacred happens.

💫 Sometimes I receive messages or insights. 💫 Sometimes I feel a tightness in my own body — mirroring a block you’re carrying. 💫 Sometimes I’m shown imagery — a symbol, a moment, or a vision — that reflects what your soul is navigating or needing.
