On August 23rd The Elemental Santuary for Women is returning! This time in Mangawhai at Heart Place Hospital 🎶🧘🏽‍♀️💃🐳🌿.

What an epic launch in July, we are so grateful for the unfolding and the 11 woman who came to experience our first Elemental Sanctuary 🙏🏽

FREE Embodiment Coaching 🕺🏻🧘🏼‍♀️

Les here, I’m currently training to become a certified embodiment coach, and am looking for a few volunteers to join me for practice sessions as part of my training.

Embodiment coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process that helps you access your body’s wisdom to support personal and professional growth. It’s not therapy or conselling—instead, it’s about building body awareness, cultivating presence, and connecting with your own inner Wisdom.

I will be there to listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions to support you in discovering your own answers, guided through the intelligence of your body.

Sessions are 30 minutes, free while I’m studying, and can take place either over Zoom or in person. We’ll schedule based on our mutual availability.
