When do you start doing yoga after having a baby? 💚

Post Partum yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on recovery and restoration and can alleviate stress and depression after giving birth.
You can start practicing yoga a few days to a few weeks after childbirth, depending on how your delivery went. The general rule is 6 - 8 weeks post child birth if signed off by your LCM or doctor. 🌸

Postpartum yoga is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice. A lot of changes happen to your body after childbirth. This type of yoga is designed to help your body recover. Postpartum yoga has been shown to decrease the risk of postpartum depression. Yoga can help balance your energy, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress and anxiety. 🌸

This practise is brilliant for connecting with your body, calming your mind and bonding with baby while making new friends. 🌸

New mums are always welcome and bigger cubs are welcome too ! Plenty of space for the toddlers to run around and enjoy watching mum move. The rhyme time is also super beneficial for the older babies.
