I have just finished Dry July (no alcohol for a month) AND a 30 day fitness challenge - phewee those first few days (ok a weekI 🤫I can tell you it was hard...WHY...because those glasses of wine/rum (popular & locally made in Nicaragua) had crept up to a daily dose & a few games of pickleball weren't cutting it ...
I felt yuck😒 - headachy, gut achy, joint achy, hayfever-ish - all the signs of overload, inflammation and definitely not doing the things I support other people with.....but hey lived experience makes for a better practitioner - right :)
Anyway I started feeling great of course & by the end SOO freaking good - everything achy GONE, so to everyone feeling a bit meh give it a try - what a great way to reset and really get to feel how your body is meant to feel - also mentally clear - recommended for everyone especially for the peri-meno & meno chica's this is your time to shine. But also for those with unexplained gut pain & on the angsty, stressed side.
