I’m opening a few new Foundation You Corrective Exercise Pods — small-group sessions (max 6 people) designed for those who want to move well, stay strong, and resolve recurring pain or stiffness through expert, personalised coaching.
As Northland’s highest-qualified C.H.E.K. Practitioner with over 13 years of professional and clinical experience, I specialise in rehabilitation, postural correction, and performance. Each pod is tailored to your body, combining corrective exercise, mobility, and strength work to restore function, balance, and vitality. Focusing on long-term progress, not short-term fixes.
Foundation You has become a small Mangawhai hub for people who value quality, personal care, and genuine results. It’s not a gym or bootcamp — it’s a professional space where you learn how to rebuild your body properly with the guidance of an experienced integrative health practitioner.
