I'm missing you all and Pura Vida Pilates, Massage, Pilates is coming up soon at the start of October😎 with Pilates classes at the Mangawhai Domain on Monday and Friday mornings at 9.30am starting from Monday October 3, Massages and Naturopathy on request 😊

Hi to you all😊🤪,
Just wanted to show you today a short slice of clip of my favourite arms workout on the roller.
I had a big day surfing yesterday, the wind was very strong and had to paddle harder than usual to get onto the waves..
So this routine today is feeling extremely good🤙.
This is the set up and what I’m using which is the foam roller and a pair of 1kg weights.
