We’re back…with The Saltd Scoop Ep. 4 🎙️
Tonight’s (super common) question: Why does magnesium make my skin feel tingly, itchy or warm when I apply it?
Short answer: this can be a completely normal sensation for some people especially when first using topical magnesium. It’s often linked to one or a combination of reasons, including the concentration of magnesium chloride, rapid transdermal absorption, the body indicating it has low magnesium levels, and/or sensitivity/condition of the skin.
The good news? It usually eases with consistent use 🤍
Have a listen to find out our tips on what you can do to assist with making it more comfortable as your body adapts to your new magnesium ritual 💙💤🌊
