Hello 2026, hello friends, its time for me to share a little more of me, the real, ever-evolving woman beneath all the roles I hold.

As I keep unfolding this next chapter, I’m learning to lean deeper into the language of my body, the subtle ways it guides, holds and heals.

Life was never meant to be fully understood, IT'S MEANT TO BE FELT.

And the fire horse is the year to feel it!
Muscle testing is my attunement tool, it helps me access my feel not my think! It guides me with my inner needs, my self trust and shows me what i can bring into balance to serve the highest good.

I believe we’re all capable of tuning into our body’s wisdom & kinesiology just helps you remember how to. I say "its the bridge to your intuition". When your not intuitively clear on what to flow with its a tool to help bring you back in touch with that alignment.

As my journey is unfolding in new and exciting ways this year i thought I it would be mature of me to show up more, offer tools, insights, and opportunities to learn this beautiful art for yourself, so stay connected.

Ancient healing systems and modern medicine are not enemies; they are two halves of a much larger picture of what it means to be well.

We’re living in a time of complex healing, collectively facing intergenerational trauma imprinted on us by colonialism and patriarchy.

Many of our ancestral lines carry experiences of persecution and separation from the sacred—a wound that persists in many places today. We struggle to see the sacred in ourselves and in all things.

This pattern has continued for far too long.

Now, we are being called to heal not only for ourselves, but on behalf of our ancestors, it’s time to know healing is possible. It is time to release what holds us back, live in the present, and cultivate that love from within. Time to meet ourselves where others could not.

When we find the courage for this remembrance, the reverence we long for and become that source of love for ourselves, it allows for transformation.
