📍 Mangawhai Pharmacy | Wood Street | Start late Nov/Dec

🙌 We’re looking for an energetic, positive person to join our team over summer—perfect anyone with a friendly, can-do approach. May suit a senior high school or university student. Positive, can-do attitude is a must! For the right person, this may lead to a permanent role. ✨

🧰 What you’ll do

😊 Welcome customers and deliver friendly, helpful service
📞 Handle prescriptions at the counter and answer phone enquiries
🧾 Process sales accurately (EFTPOS, cash, on-account)
🧹 Restock, tidy shelves and displays, keep the store looking great
🗂️ Support Retail Manager and Pharmacist with day-to-day admin (stock counts, invoice matching, appointment reminders, customer call-backs, basic data entry)
💊 Help customers choose OTC medicines, skincare, cosmetics, gifts & natural health

🔎 What we’re after

🤝 A genuine people-person with a positive, can-do attitude
⏰ Reliable and punctual; a team player who communicates well
🧠 Comfortable multitasking in a busy store and maintaining confidentiality
📅 Must be able to work weekends and some public holidays (rostered)
🎓 Retail or pharmacy experience is a bonus; training supported & provided

⏱️ Hours & flexibility

🗓️ 24–40 hours per week across a roster (includes weekends and some public holidays — this is essential)
👥 Can be split between two people if you’re after fewer hours (both must meet weekend/public holiday availability)
