A fun and relaxing yoga class to help you de-stress relax and rejuvenate. First class koha. Some mats will be available if you dont have one. BE PRESENT! ENJOY!

Cherry will guide you through a sequence of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath awareness) and restorative relaxation to leave you feeling both relaxed and energised..If you can breathe you can do Yoga! Then $15 casual or $60 for 5 classes or $100 BYO mat, and light blanket for relaxation. Dress comfortably....either loose-fitting or stretchy clothes to enjoy lots of stretchy moves. Always listen to your own body, find your edge but do not go beyond it. Please let the teacher know if you are pregnant or have any injuries or health issues before the class starts. �Most importantly BREATHE! Yogahaven Rodney style is based on Hatha Yoga, inspired by some Vinyasa flow, and delivered with kindness and fun. Cherry is a qualified yoga teacher and an approved provider for the ACC Strength and Balance Programme. She has practised Yoga for 25+years, ever since discovering it as a stressed out single Mum way back in the nineties. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Ashram Yoga, Parnell in 2004. She keeps her own yoga journey alive by practicing daily, and attending workshops in Yoga, wellness through movement, and meditation. Yogahaven was started in BeachHaven Auckland by Ingrid Tottenham, (Diploma in Yoga Instruction from Wellpark College, Auckland). She now runs Yogahaven Wellington while Cherry continued the Beachhaven classes until she recently moved to Warkworth and discovered Helen Minton's Wellsford Yoga classes. Helen retired at the end of 2021 and Cherry is honoured to continue these wonderful classes every Wednesday in Wellsford. With much gratitude to past and present teachers, I welcome you to experience the many benefits of Yoga , including a stronger body and calmer mind. Payment by cash at the door or online to:
