(www.contactcare.co.nz) is a natural healing method that aids the body to return to a state where it can function free of the side-effects of impact injuries. The clinical experience is non-intrusive and gentle, the techniques safe and effective. Consultations are carried out fully clothed. The practitioner will ask you some questions about your health and what you want to get out of the sessions. Sessions can last 30-60mins with a return visit according to your needs. can work effectively with:
Headaches/Migraine, Breathing Disorders, Old Unresolved Injuries
Sports Injuries, Co-ordination Problems, Carpal Tunnel, Back and Neck Pain, Mental/Emotional Shock, Frozen Shoulder, Plus, more… e.g. Equine & Pet Injuries

Contact Care is a non-manipulative system working to improve unresolved injuries.

This morning, I had a delightful surprise when a client walked into my practice wearing a tee that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Contact Care Flinchlock Release. The shirt boldly proclaims:
