Our cacao circle was a little different on our last retreat. After a couple of hard years, we all agreed there was a feeling of stagnation that required a little more movement than our usual seated meditation. We started off the way we usually do, with our meditation circle while we drank our cacao. Then .schwass guided us through some embodied movement with ecstatic dance based around the elements. Myself and many of the guests had never done anything like this before. We all started off curious, but maybe a bit shy. By the end though, Shardasia had us all feeling so comfortable that we were all moving, dancing, laughing and feeling into our bodies. The result was beautiful. A group of women moving in any way that felt natural and free, without judgement, without fear. So next time you are feeling fuzzy or stagnant, I invite you to put on some music and just feel into your body. Start moving in any way that feels good. Don’t worry about how it looks, allow yourself to be silly. Literally dance like no one is watching. Feel the energy shift in your body as you move. And feel empowered by your ability to change how you feel with conscious action.

Our first class for the week will be taken by the incredible Katie Swift on Monday at 10am!! This class is fully booked, however you can add your name to the waitlist, or sign up for one of our other two classes.

Katies full class speaks for itself, as her trusted clients are always coming back for more from her. The abundance of knowledge and experience she carries, enables her to be a catalyst for rehabilitation, fitness and one heck of a good time.

I'm so excited to share that the dates are set for the first of our amazing Yoga Teacher Training workshops with Your time yoga coming up at Well Trained in Manukau!

Learn to teach or deepen your knowledge with our workshops in Yoga Nidra, Yin & Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.

🧡 May 16th & 23rd Yoga Nidra
🧡 June 6th & 13th Yin & Restorative Yoga
🧡 June 27th & July 4th Vinyasa Yoga

Each subject consists of two Sunday workshops in-studio or via zoom plus 4 weeks worth of continued education on our online learning portal which can be completed in your own time.
