Dad's at it again, and *again* he's made the mistake of asking me to do his yoga ad.

He did this yoga challenge for beginners and general ability students at the start of this year and people asked for more (!) so he's issuing the early morning challenge again. 6 weeks/classes for 60 dollars.

I love him very much, but not enough to get up this early - maybe you or someone you know is made of stronger stuff? At $10 a class he’s certainly not making enough to ever get proper ads made. Looks like ewe're stuck with me, dad! Bok bok!

Boring details:
9 October – 13 November (6 weeks), Thursdays, 6.30 -7.30am, $60 total

This week theme is twists.
Spinal flexibility commonly deteriorates with age and benefits from regular exercise.
Although the twisting action originates in the spine, the movements involve the abdominal organs as well. The more intense the twisting, the more the abdominal organs are compressed, bringing better tone and increased blood supply to these organs.

I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga instructor with many years of teaching experience and teach Yoga on a Tuesday 6-7pm and Friday 9.15-10.30am at the Mapua Hall.

For Christmas this year my dad asked if I could make a Facebook ad for his new "Early Morning Yoga Challenge". I said yes, with the proviso that I had "free reign". Merry Christmas dad!!

Basically, he’s doing this yoga challenge for beginners and general ability students just for the start of this year, which starts 13th of February (booking closes 7th Feb), and gets you 6 weeks/classes for 60 dollars. I have been volun-told into attending a few of his classes and I can confirm that he is an excellent teacher. However, it is quite hard work so I can also recommend getting this as a gift for a loved one, and enjoying a sleep in yourself. Either way, please sign a few people up - at only 10 dollars a class (for this deal) he needs to get a heap of sign ups to start making back some of my inheritance that he has frittered away on years of Iyengar Yoga training and certification, and converting the old woolshed into a pretty flippin’ lovely yoga studio.
