Great to be a part of a fabulous weekend of yoga Wairarapa Yoga Festival

Introducing Helen Hickson Yoga
Helen has studied and practiced yoga for over 20 years, and her interest resides in the practices of movement, stillness, meditation, mindfulness, mantra, psychology and embodiment. Helen has a background as a neuromuscular therapist, has completed numerous yoga trainings and is currently in her final year of a master’s degree in health psychology at Victoria University. Helen lives near Martinborough with her family.
For her festival class Helen will encourage an exploration of how yoga can show up in daily life, and how to make it work for you. Helen will explain how the little things add up to a lot of things, offering some practices that you will be able to take away and incorporate into your daily routine. Helen offers practical knowledge that turns down the volume on modern life. This is, Yoga for Life.
